Is Costco Open on Halloween 2026?
Need bulk candy for trick-or-treaters? Costco's open on Halloween. Here's the 2026 answer.
Summary
Costco is open on Halloween 2026 (Saturday, October 31). Halloween is not one of Costco's seven official closure days, so warehouses run normal Saturday hours — typically 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Gas stations, pharmacies, and food courts follow the warehouse schedule. No official 2026 Halloween schedule has been published; these hours reflect Costco's established pattern.
The single most important point
Halloween is a regular Saturday at Costco — no closure, no special schedule. Go early: warehouses close at the usual Saturday time, not later.

What are Costco’s Halloween hours?
Costco publishes exactly seven holidays when every warehouse closes: New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Halloween isn't on the list — so October 31 runs on the normal Saturday schedule.
On Saturday, October 31, 2026, expect warehouses open 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, with gas stations, pharmacies, optical centers, and tire centers following the warehouse. The food court keeps its regular hours too.
One practical note: Costco closes earlier on Saturdays than most chains (6:00 PM vs. Walmart's 11:00 PM). If your Halloween candy run happens after dinner, Costco won't be the place — go before 6.
