What are Walmart’s Halloween hours?
Walmart hasn't posted an official 2026 Halloween schedule — because there isn't one to post. Halloween is a normal business day at Walmart, and the chain only closes two days a year: Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
So expect the usual Saturday routine on October 31, 2026: most stores run 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM. In-store pharmacies typically keep their regular Saturday hours too.
Good news for procrastinators: Walmart's costume, candy, and decoration aisles stay fully stocked through the 31st, and stores don't clear Halloween inventory until November. If you're buying on Halloween day itself, going in the morning beats the evening rush.
